Good to know before you book
- ID: every guest must show a valid government photo ID. Indian nationals can use Aadhaar, a passport, a voter ID or a driving licence. Foreign nationals need a passport with an Indian visa. The main guest must be 18 or older.
- Children: under 12 stay free in their parents' room when no extra bed is needed.
- Visitors: welcome from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with ID at reception.
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and pets are not allowed without written approval.

When to book
Haridwar fills up on festival and bathing days, during the Kanwar Yatra in July and August, and during the Ardh Kumbh from January to April 2027. Book those dates as early as you can. See our festival calendar. At other times, a few weeks ahead is usually enough.

Can I cancel a direct booking?
Yes. Direct bookings can be cancelled free up to 48 hours before check-in. Within 48 hours one night is charged, and a no-show is charged in full. Non-refundable and promotional rates cannot be cancelled.
