7. Reservations

7.1 The reservation feature of this Site is intended to assist customers in checking availability and making legitimate bookings for personal use only.

7.2 By using this Site, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts;

• All information you provide is truthful and accurate;

• You are financially responsible for all use of the Site under your account;

• You will not make fraudulent, speculative, or false bookings, or use the Site to resell, assign, or post reservations on third-party platforms.

7.3 All bookings are subject to availability and to the specific reservation terms and cancellation policies listed on the Site. No booking will be confirmed unless you receive an email or on-screen confirmation.

7.4 You also warrant that any credit/debit card details provided are valid and your own, and that sufficient funds are available to cover the cost of services.

7.5 Amartarangini Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to verify and validate payment details before confirming any booking.

7.6 Each room category has a fixed maximum occupancy for the comfort and safety of our guests. Standard Rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults only, or 1 adult with 1 child. Executive Rooms can accommodate either 2 adults and 1 child, or 3 adults. Suite Rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. Any occupancy beyond the specified limit will be subject to additional charges, which must be confirmed at the time of booking.

8. Cancellation policy

8.1 Amartarangini Hotel & Resort offers a flexible cancellation policy for guests who book directly through our website, by phone, or via email. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund. If a cancellation is received within 48 hours of check-in, one night’s room tariff will be charged as a cancellation fee. In case of a no-show without prior notice, the full booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

8.2 Reservations made under non-refundable or promotional rates are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or modification once confirmed. For group bookings of more than three rooms, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before check-in will incur a 25% charge, while those within 72 hours will be charged in full.

8.3 Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method, excluding any bank or transaction charges. For early check-outs, no refund will be provided unless approved by management under exceptional circumstances.

8.4 Booking modifications are allowed up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability and applicable rate differences. All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted via email to amartaranginiofficial@gmail.com or by calling +91 7355138016.

8.5 This policy may be revised from time to time, and the version in effect at the time of booking shall apply.

9. Check-in / check-out policy

9.1 Standard check-in time at Amartarangini Hotel & Resort is 2:00 PM, and standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Guests are kindly requested to adhere to these timings to ensure smooth room transitions and availability for all patrons.

9.2 Should you require early check-in or late check-out, such requests will be accommodated based on availability and may attract additional charges. We recommend informing the front desk or mentioning such requirements at the time of booking or at least 24 hours in advance.

9.3 Please note that during peak seasons or high occupancy days, flexibility in check-in/check-out timings may be limited. Your cooperation and understanding in this regard are highly appreciated.

10. Guest identification and check-in policy

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Indian nationals may use Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License. Foreign nationals must provide a valid passport with an Indian visa. Check-in may be denied without these documents, and refunds will not be issued in such cases. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.

11. Visitor policy

To ensure the comfort and security of all guests, visitors are only permitted during designated hours (10:00 AM to 9:00 PM). Visitors must register at the reception and present valid ID proof. No unregistered guest is allowed to stay overnight. Management reserves the right to deny visitor entry for safety, privacy, or policy reasons.

12. Child policy

12.1 Children below 12 years of age are welcome to stay at Amartarangini Hotel & Resort at no additional cost when sharing the same room with their parents or legal guardians, provided no extra bedding is required. If an extra bed is requested for the child, it will be provided at an additional charge, subject to availability.

12.2 Guests below the age of 18 years are not permitted to stay alone at the property under any circumstances. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult throughout the duration of their stay. The Hotel reserves the right to deny check-in or cancel bookings in case of non-compliance with this policy.

13. Right to admission

Amartarangini Hotel & Resort reserves the absolute right to admit or deny entry to any individual at its sole discretion. This right extends to cancelling a confirmed reservation or requiring a guest to vacate the premises, where such action is deemed necessary for reasons including but not limited to security, public health, hygiene standards, or legal compliance. Situations that may warrant such action include failure to produce valid identification at check-in, suspected fraudulent activity, non-disclosure of required information, or violation of age or guest eligibility policies. The exercise of this right may be undertaken pre-arrival or during the course of a stay, depending on the circumstances, and does not require advance notice. In such cases, any booking deposits or payments made will be forfeited, and no refund shall be issued. This policy is designed to ensure the safety, reputation, and lawful operation of the Hotel.

14. Disclaimer

14.1 Amartarangini Hotel & Resort makes every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, up-to-date, and reliable. However, we do not guarantee or warrant the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement, or other material displayed on the website. Your reliance on such content is solely at your own discretion and risk.

14.2 Our website serves as an intermediary platform to facilitate your stay at our property. Amartarangini Hotel & Resort is the service provider for the accommodation but may occasionally rely on third-party vendors for certain ancillary services (e.g., booking engines, payment gateways, etc.). We shall not be held liable for any incidental errors, service lapses, or disruptions resulting from third-party platforms or technological failures.

14.3 To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss or damage arising from your access to or use of our website. If the law restricts such limitations, our maximum liability will be limited to the total amount you paid to us in connection with the transaction giving rise to the claim.

15. User conduct

15.1 By accessing or using the Site, you agree to act responsibly, respectfully, and in full compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. You must not engage in any activity that may compromise the integrity, functionality, security, or reputation of the Site or the services provided through it.

16. Firearms and weapons policy

16.1 The safety and well-being of our guests, staff, and property is a top priority at Amartarangini Hotel & Resort. To maintain a secure and peaceful environment, the possession of firearms, ammunition, knives, explosive materials, or any weapon, regardless of licensing status is strictly prohibited on the premises.

16.2 This includes common areas, guest rooms, parking areas, and all other spaces under the control of the hotel. Any guest or visitor found in possession of a weapon may be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

17. No smoking policy

In accordance with the Government of India’s “No-Smoking” legislation effective 2nd October 2008, smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the property, including guest rooms and common areas. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor zones or smoking rooms, which may be allotted on prior request and are subject to availability. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free and healthy environment for all our guests.

18. No in-room party policy

18.1 To ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for all our guests, Amartarangini Hotel & Resort enforces a strict No In-Room Party Policy. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Loud music, disturbances, or social gatherings that exceed the registered number of guests per room

• Entry of unregistered guests beyond the permitted hours

• Use of the premises for celebratory functions, including birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or other private events, without prior written approval.

18.2 Quiet hours are enforced between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. non-registered visitors must vacate the premises by 9:00 PM. The presence of additional persons in the room after this time will be presumed as an unauthorized gathering or party.

18.3 In consequences of violation one verbal warning may be issued. If the disturbance continues:

• The guest(s) may be asked to vacate the premises without any refund

• A Guest Disturbance Compensation Fee or Penalty for Breach of House Rules may be levied at the discretion of the management

• Liability for any damage to property will rest entirely with the registered guest(s)

19. Pet policy

Pets are not allowed on the premises unless prior written approval is obtained from the management. If permitted, guests are fully responsible for the behaviour, hygiene, and well-being of their pets. Any damage or cleaning requirement caused by pets may attract additional charges. Guests must carry appropriate accessories and bedding for their pets.

20. Lost and found policy

20.1 Guests who believe they have inadvertently left behind any personal belongings are encouraged to contact the front desk immediately via email or phone. While we do not guarantee the recovery of lost items, our team will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating and, if found, returning such items.

20.2 Items found within guest rooms or on the hotel premises, excluding perishables, are documented and stored in a secure location for a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of discovery. These may include electronic devices, clothing, documents, accessories, and other non-perishable goods. Perishable goods, undergarments, and opened or used personal care products (such as toothbrushes, soaps, razors, and toiletries) will be discarded immediately due to hygiene concerns.

20.3 If the item is clearly identifiable, the hotel will make a reasonable attempt to contact the guest using the information provided at the time of check-in.

20.4 If no contact is established during the 14-day holding period, the hotel will retain the item(s) for an additional 30 (thirty) days. Thereafter, if still unclaimed, such item(s) may be:

• Donated to a local charitable organization

• Disposed of in an appropriate and environmentally conscious manner

• Recycled (where applicable)

20.5 Shipping of recovered items is subject to availability and will be done at the guest's sole risk, cost, and responsibility. The hotel is not liable for any damage or loss that occurs in transit.

21. Damage to property

Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property, furniture, fixtures, or electronic equipment, whether accidental or intentional, by them or their visitors. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged directly to the guest’s account. Management reserves the right to take appropriate legal or financial recovery action in case of severe damage.

22. Zero tolerance policy

22.1 Amartarangini Hotel & Resort is dedicated to maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all guests, staff, and visitors. In furtherance of this goal, the Hotel enforces a strict Zero Tolerance Policy against any behaviour that compromises the safety, dignity, or peaceful enjoyment of the premises by others. This policy is applicable throughout the duration of a guest’s stay, from check-in to departure, and applies to both registered guests and their invitees.

22.2 The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate and non-negotiable enforcement actions, which may include eviction from the premises without refund, notification to authorities, and, where applicable, civil or criminal proceedings:

1. Threatening, Harassing, or Abusive Behaviour: Any form of physical aggression, verbal abuse, intimidation, stalking, or harassment, whether directed at guests, staff, or third parties, is strictly forbidden.

2. Substance Abuse or Disorderly Intoxication: While the consumption of alcohol in private is not prohibited, behaviour arising out of intoxication, such as aggression, public disturbances, or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated. Possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly prohibited.

3. Vandalism or Damage to Property: Any intentional or reckless damage to property belonging to the Hotel, its staff, other guests, or neighbours will result in immediate removal and financial liability for the cost of repair or replacement.

4. Unlawful Conduct: Any act that constitutes a violation of Indian laws or local regulations, including theft, possession of prohibited items, gambling, or engaging in illegal business or activities from within the premises, is grounds for immediate termination of accommodation.

5. Sexual Misconduct or Inappropriate Conduct: Any unwelcome sexual behaviour, indecent exposure, or conduct that causes discomfort to other guests or staff regardless of intent will be dealt with stringently.

6. Unregistered Visitors After Permissible Hours: Allowing guests to stay beyond visiting hours or permitting entry to individuals not disclosed at check-in, without prior approval, is considered a violation of property norms.

7. Neglectful Supervision of Children: Guests are expected to supervise their children at all times and ensure their behaviour does not cause damage to property, pose safety risks, or disturb other patrons.

8. Tampering with Safety Equipment: Any interference with fire alarms, extinguishers, CCTV systems, or emergency exits is a serious safety offence and will be treated accordingly.

9. Use of Rooms for Non-Residential Purposes: Rooms must not be used for commercial activities, photo/video shoots, illegal gatherings, or events not authorised by management.

10. Persistent Violation of House Rules or Disregard of Warnings: Repeated disregard for established policies, such as quiet hours, cleanliness, smoking restrictions, or staff instructions, even after being cautioned, will lead to enforcement of this policy.

22.3 The enforcement of this Zero Tolerance Policy is at the sole discretion of the management, based on their assessment of facts and risk. No compensation or refund shall be provided in such cases. Guests are expected to read and comply with all house rules upon check-in, and are encouraged to report any breaches of this policy to the front desk or management immediately.

22.4 This policy exists to ensure that all guests—irrespective of background, gender, age, or nationality—feel secure, respected, and valued during their stay at Amartarangini Hotel & Resort.

23. Force majeure

23.1 Amartarangini Hotel & Resort shall not be held liable for any delay, change, cancellation, or failure to fulfill any part of a reservation or any other obligation under these terms, to the extent such failure is caused by an event of Force Majeure.

23.2 Force Majeure refers to any event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the hotel, whether foreseen or unforeseen, which prevents or hinders the performance of its obligations. Such events include, but are not limited to:

• War, invasion, armed conflict or hostilities (whether declared or not);

• Acts of terrorism or sabotage;

• Civil unrest, revolution, rebellion or riots;

• Natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, cyclones, landslides, or storms;

• Epidemics, pandemics, or outbreaks of infectious diseases;

• Government actions or restrictions, including border closures, travel bans, or lockdowns;

• Fires, explosions, or utility failures;

• Any other event or circumstance that seriously affects both parties and is beyond the reasonable control of the hotel.

23.3 In the event of Force Majeure, the hotel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience suffered by the guest as a result of delay or failure to perform, and no compensation or refund shall be due, unless otherwise expressly stated.

23.4 Amartarangini Hotel & Resort reserves the right to amend its reservation terms, including the cancellation policy, without prior notice, where such changes are necessitated by events of Force Majeure or for operational reasons.

24. Limitation of liability

Amartarangini Hotel & Resort assumes no responsibility for the loss, misplacement, theft, or damage of guests’ personal belongings or valuables, whether secured or unsecured, within the premises. Guests are advised to exercise due care and safeguard their valuables at all times during their stay.

25. Indemnification

25.1 By using our website or availing of any services offered by Amartarangini Hotel & Resort, you expressly agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amartarangini Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, penalties, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) that may arise out of or relate to:

• Your breach of any terms, conditions, representations, warranties, or obligations set forth in our Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy;

• Any misuse of the website or services provided by Amartarangini Hotel & Resort;

• Any violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and consumer protection laws;

• Any negligent, fraudulent, or unlawful act or omission on your part, including false bookings, misrepresentation of identity, or non-payment of dues;

• Any action taken by you that causes disruption of service or reputational damage to the property or its management;

• Any third-party claim resulting from your conduct during your stay, including misconduct, damage to property, violation of rules, or harassment of guests or staff.

25.2 This indemnity shall apply regardless of whether the claim arises in contract, tort, equity, or otherwise, and shall survive the conclusion of your stay, cancellation of your booking, or termination of your access to the website or its services.

25.3 Amartarangini Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you shall cooperate fully with us in asserting any available defenses.

26. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration provisions below, the courts of Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute, or difference arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services.

27. Arbitration

27.1 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Site, or services offered by Amartarangini Hotel & Resort, including any question regarding the existence, validity, or termination of any agreement shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.

27.2 The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator, who shall be jointly appointed by both parties. If the parties fail to agree on the appointment, the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Delhi, India, and the language of the proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final, binding, and enforceable in accordance with the law.

27.3 Amartarangini Hotel & Resort reserves the right to seek urgent or interim relief from any competent court, including injunctions or equitable remedies, to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or proprietary rights, or to preserve the status quo pending arbitration.

27.4 For international guests or disputes involving non-resident parties, the arbitration shall be governed by the international provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing, the seat and venue of such international arbitration shall also remain Delhi, India.

28. Privacy policy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, and any other applicable service policies. Please ensure you review these documents as they form a part of the overall agreement between you and Amartarangini Hotel & Resort.

29. Severability

You are solely and fully responsible for the payment of any taxes, duties, levies, or other governmental charges (including but not limited to GST or local municipal taxes) that may be applicable on your booking, stay, or use of our website and services.

31. Non-waiver
